It’s a tower in Telefonplan that was built in 1947. In 2006-2007 they installed a light system where you could change the colors in the towers windows. The people can change the colors with app colors by numbers. The app only work on the night because that’s when the lights are turned on. You can’t go inside the tower because your not allowed to.
